  I ordered from Amazon, set a delivery time from 9-12. Its now 4pm and no delivery. Called repeatly and they kept changing stories from truck running late to a broken down truck. I will never ever order from Amazon again if this is the delivery company they use. Pathetic!!

  I have had the worse experience with this shipping company ABF out of Brooklyn i order a large entertainment center from amazon online they used this company for shipping and when they came to do a delivery they went to the wrong address instead of admitting to the mistake they put on paper i refused the package .i was then giving a redelivery for march 16 2017 they came and once again something went wrong this time they said a door man told them i wasnt home so they never went upstairs .did i for get to say i dont have a door man crazy right so now i call back ABF to speak to a supervisor to have good employers they need good leadership and the response i got from a Supervisor gave me a better understanding in why the employers was lacking ......the supervisor told me that his guys did have to go upstair once a stranger told him i wasnt home i was so upset i really want to chew his head off but i didnt remained calm he told me second delivery will come back out today so when nothing came by 6pm i called amazon and they told me that they sent it back to amazon and that they are very sorry and refunded my money the same day of 300.00 and that whey will report SBF because it was unacceptable so the moral of my story is think twice about using this company when trouble arise not even a Supervisor will help you u wil just be upset very unprofessional company ..........
