  Negative 100 stars! Absolutely horrible. The worst experience of my life. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. He is a liar and a thief. Never called in the time frame for the pick up window and when you call him he never answers the phone. He told me he would be here at 9 am. When the time came I called him back they were still in New York ! I am in Pittsburgh. Didn't get here until 7 at night. They picked up on July 23 and I was promised my stuff would be in Texas by July 28th. He had my belongings for A MONTH!! He did not deliver my stuff until August 12th after I threatened to call the police and report it stolen. I called almost every day and he never answers the phone or if he did he would lie just to get you off the phone. We went through Budget van lines and the supplied us with this carrier. When they would call him for us he would lie to them and say "couple more days". It was a nightmare to be there a month without any of our stuff. He is horrible person. When they did show up with our stuff he was in a rented U-haul and they had stuff just thrown in and piled up to the ceiling. Our stuff was dirty and scratched and knicked up. I had to pay him in full and I was missing a large mirror that attached to a vanity table. When I told him it was missing he told me to file a claim with insurance! They put all the furniture in 1 room and didn't put anything together as promised with full service. I had to move the furniture myself. Obviously anyone can get a license and insurance and scam people out of money. He is a liar and a thief. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I hope to save someone from all the trouble that we went through.
