    Horrible. Deserves zero stars. The new owner has the worst bedside manner. I ordered a breakfast sandwich. When I got home, I noticed it was completely wrong. The bagel stale. The bacon barely cooked. I called to complain. First, I was hung up on. Called back got the owner and he screamed at me and told me to return the food!!! In the middle of explaining that I could not to do so, he the owner hung up on me.So I was suppose to drive 35 mins back with the food?!!. Bagel Bob was terrific when it first opened. The original owners were gems. The place was so clean and Bright. Fast forward to today, it's a dump. I will never go there again.
