  This dealership came highly recommended by an employee and when I go there I was met with the best service imaginable. Not only did Jerry make sure I walked out with the car that I wanted and made sure I didn't go over my budget, he followed up the days after, that was 2.5 years ago. I recently upgraded to a newer vehicle after Jerry came through once again with a leasing deal that is the best I've ever heard of.. He followed up daily during the process, kept me updated on the status of the deal we were trying to make happen. He even made sure that I got the last Ruby Red Flare within miles. Jerry is patient, family oriented, extremely helpful and knowledgeable of sales and the cars he is selling. He even helped transfer the contents of my old vehicle to my new one, car seat and all. I will only do business with him because I trust him and his work ethic. Even after I left the lot with the vehicle he followed up the days after to make sure everything was going well.

  My father was looking to purchase a vehicle and he chose to shop at Bay Ridge Toyota. He enlisted my help for my experience in this matter. I found that I didn't have to do much because they provided great service from the start. The overall experience was exceptional.
  Jake was the salesman that helped my father and I have nothing but great things to say about him. He was extremely accommodating to our needs and was never pressured or rushed into buying anything, only letting us know the time restrains on limited time promotions that was widely advertised. Always asked if we wanted drinks or need anything while we waited.
  Vivian, the in house insurance agent was very patient and helpful as well due to my father's insurance issues. The Sales Manager that finalized the sales process was quick and to the point, sorry I forgot your name.
  Like I said before, overall experience was exceptional. We will be recommending this dealership, especially Jake, to others and for our future purchases. I like to add that I generally don't like dealing with car dealerships at all.
