  Manager Paul White gave the best tour and the best transaction experience- no pressure and laid out the options. He even was clear about the various policies on late fees, cancelling, and renewal. I definitely recommend the facility- very secure and extremely clean in a climate controlled environment.

  I am a fairly new customer at CubeSmart, and I highly recommend using this company if you need to rent a storage room. I am renting at the 2990 Cropsey Avenue location, and so far it has exceeded my expectations - from the maintenance of the facility to the helpful people who work there. The extremely professional staff are courteous, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make my experience as pleasant and cost effective as possible. I must mention in particular the two managers with whom I have dealt with - Paul White and Kamilah Thompson. Both excellent at what they do, and both were great to do deal with during the rental process. A+ service and convenience at a fair price. Thank you Paul and Kamilah!
