    As a an avid audiophile I own a couple of pairs of grado's RS1's, and 325's, I didn't realize the factory was here in Brooklyn until a couple of years ago.
    The service has been phenomenal getting replacement parts(pads, tips, etc) and getting my bad boys serviced. Super quick turn around and friendly staff.

    I'm sorry to hear JC had such a strange bad experience. I don't know any of the details other than what this person wrote, but I, like most of the audio world, have experienced them as polite, personally attentive, generous with advice without sales pressure, usage tips, and of course, they make some of the most satisfying audio devices in the world at every price point. JC had a very unusual experience based on my, and most customers', history with this multi-generational, down to earth but technologically and musically visionary family business.
