  When I stopped by this afternoon I was greeted by a woman who smiled and said "feel free to ask any questions you have." I was the only customer in the shop at the time and the staff their seemed preoccupied by preparing for an event that was happening in an hour. When I tried to ask any of the staff members a question, I was pushed away by them telling me that they were too busy. I was the only customer in the store, so I'm not sure how it was too busy. If you need to prepare for your event, close the shop so you can have some extra time to prepare. But if you are going to be open, give your customers the time of day, do you job and treat other people with respect! I will no longer be giving my money to this business after my experience today.

  This is my fun yarn stop. They carry lots of colorful and high quality yarn. And the people who work there are pleasant and good communicators. It's a nice, clean store too with good lighting.
