    I always have a great work out at Beast and walk out feeling invigorated. The trainers are positive and help you through any exercise you’re unfamiliar with to ensure you get the most out of the movement and don’t hurt yourself. Every person is encouraged to work as quickly or slowly as needed to reach their personal best. The music is always fresh and upbeat, which I appreciate because it helps me stay energized through the hour. Beast gives you a complimentary towel for use in-class, has a free water bottle filling station, and has large, clean shower and locker facilities. No need to bring a thing except yourself and a refillable bottle to beast out!
