    Hotel and amenities were fine and affordable given the cost of hotel rooms in NYC, plus free gated parking which is a major bonus. I would have rated the hotel higher; however there was a fight (lots of yelling and it sounded like furniture and/or people being pushed/thrown around the room) in the room next door to me (508) at about 3 AM on 4/21/18. I'm not sure what happened exactly but I guess the people left or were evicted from the hotel. It ended at about 4 or 4:30 with 4 loud door slams that shook the entire floor. There was a concert at the Barclay Center down the street that night so these were likely attendees. I probably wouldn't stay here on the weekend again--middle of the week would be fine as the next night (Sunday) was very quiet and relaxing.
