  If only I could give 0 stars. Worst pharmacy experience of my life. 3 hours and counting of the past 2 days trying to pick up a generic for my medication that is covered by my insurance. I had the doctors office send the script for the exact generic twice and when I went to pick it up for the third time after calling to confirm they had the right medication/generic for me, they tried to give me a different one yet again! With zero communication about what was in the bag, good thing I checked. Then finally, after 3.5 hours somebody went to check and told me they don’t have that generic! To find it at another cvs location they asked me to wait on line again... when I called to speak to a pharmacist I was on hold for 35 minutes... needless to say I’m never going back there again....
  Update: called capsule and got my correct meds the same day! Capsule is the way to go ladies & gents.

  Ok, I'm constantly in here because it's close but it lacks a lot! The customer service is great most of the associates are helpful and wonderful. But WHERE ARE THE CARTS AND BASKETS???? There's several times where I had arms full of merchandise because there wasn't any carts or baskets. Besides that half the time they don't have what I'm looking for. Great customer service but the store itself sucks.
