    I have been taking Pilates matt and reformer classes at the Ellie Herman Annex for over 6 years. It has completely changed my body especially my posture. The classes are well designed to challenge every part of your body. There are many different classes for different levels. You can take a beginning matt or reformer class if you're just starting out. Or you can take the Power Pilates class if you are up for a real challenge. Matt classes are a combination of matt work and using other props such as the arc and the Ellie Herman designed spring boards that emulate the reformer. These "toys" , along with the good humor of the teachers, keep the classes moving along and you are done before you know it. The teachers are amazing! (Ellie Herman even teachers classes there!) I highly recommend it!
