    I went to this location 3 time and all 3 times I had a different waxer. My first 2 girls were wonderful but both had left. First girl quit and the other relocated. The third girl I had was nice but felt weird to have a conversation, she missed a couple of spots and ended up leaving with a lot of wax still on my skin. I wrote to the head company about my service and they said they will forward my email/concern to the actual location and they were supposed to get back to me, never did. I like this location because it is easy for me to get to, but after the service that I had I will just go to the 7th Ave location and hope I get a better wax experience at that one.
