    Marcus and Ash are SO in sync from the vibes to the workouts to the music being played. Whether you’re in a class or interested in one on one training, know the amount of energy they bring forward is outstanding.
    The Twins focus on designing special workouts to help clients improve in areas they don’t feel comfortable in.
    I see results that I never thought were even possible and I couldn’t be happier about being part of the TWINSANITY family.

    Took a Total Body HIIT session, and saying it was a “amazingly intense” is putting it mildly. The twins not only know how to push you, but they make it fun at the same time. You truly feel like your body knows no limitation... granted you will feel super sore for the next few days because you use every single muscle. If you’re looking for total body workout I guarantee you will have to look no further. Enjoy!!
