  We just came from tour in Scandinavia. From start to finish our Guide Victor was great if not the best among other guides. Besides boundless knowledge, erudition of all topics Victor was pleasure as a person to be near him. Very considerate, delicate, respectful to all. Guided 49 tourists with authority and nobody ever could be unhappy with him. Constantly reminded us not to forget papers, cameras.
  Always updated us with future plans.
  And very important he used transmitter, furnished us with receivers and headphones so we did not have to stay too close, could hear him clearly.
  It should be a must to use audio system by each Lodestar guide.
  There are some guides, who have huge knowledge but are arrogant. they consider tours as history lectures, don't regard importance of bringing home photo/video images worthy thus depriving tourists of having material memory. They would reject audio assistance that leads to inability to hear everything guide tells, especially in crowded places.
