- Emily Kirwan★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆As crazy as it is to admit, it was a good price for NYC at $65. Unfortunately, Laura, the stylist was very rude to me. I was nervous about the cut because I was going drastically from long to short, and have only had my haircut with my longtime hairstylist back in California, never in NYC. Laura was rude and abrupt to any questions I asked. If she hadn't already roughly chopped off some dead ends, I would've left. My cut ended up 3 inches shorter than what I asked for, and the $20 'conditioning treatment' was a 2 minute serum that I'm pretty sure I could have found at duane reade and done at home. Very sad to have a bad experience because it sounds like it's not the usual.
