  When I started the program at the NY Nutrition Center, I was overweight, not sleeping well, and my doctor wanted to increase the blood pressure medication I am on. I was very hesitant and asked my doctor to give me 3 months before increasing my medication.
  
  When I met David, the head coach, at the NY Nutrition Center, I was very skeptical that the program was going to work for me.  However, I was committed to following the program for 6 weeks.  Initially I did not commit to a life change, my commitment was just to follow the program for 6 weeks and see what happens.
  
  During the first 6 week Weight Loss Challenge I lost 12 lbs. and I was already sleeping better. The Challenge was exciting and the coaching was very helpful. 
  
  Today, I am now on the program for over 10 months, and have successfully lost 30 lbs. I enjoy the benefits of having daily nutrition as part of my life. I have already recommended this program to at least a dozen friends who are currently on the program.  I still go to the weekly meetings and feel that the Weight Loss Challenge and meetings keep me both motivated and accountable.

  PS. I am happy to report that my doctor has NOT increased my medication due to my blood pressure being stabilized.
