- Kempson Wall★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆terrible service. Kieth sent me a Credit Card Authorization form, then told me that I can only use a credit card if I go there in person. Then they told me that they don't deliver, when they do. This went on for a couple of hours. I called and tried again the next day. They said they would deliver and accept the CC auth. via email. Kieth gave me every reason why they couldn't accept my Company CC, that has our COMPANY NAME ON IT... All the way down to the signature didn't match perfectly. I finally canceled the order. Kieth sucks and I would never recommend Oriental Lumber. I would rather wait two weeks from anyone else.
