    I waited there for an hour just to buy a charger. People were constantly skipping in front of me and the employees saw and didn't even care. I couldn't leave because it was getting late and I desperately needed a charger. I'm never going back there again. Also, it's a very little store. The workers aren't even educated or trained. They don't help at all. There are many other T-Mobile stores in the neighborhood, do NOT go here.

    Stopped for a quick question at Kings Hwy Store and Efim, very pleasant Associate in store gave us detailed answer, answered all the questions with deep knowledge of the products, took his time even though he saw that we are not ready to make a purchase right away. Will definitely come back to this store to get my new phone
