    Horrible experience with the "professional banking" I approached to get a personal loan and the unprofessional lady applied for wrong amounts that I didn't ask...obviously didn't approved.

    To make it worse. The branch loan officer applied again for lower amounts, using the pre approved letter of the bank.

    I waited 5 days for the answer that never came. I called the bank and told me that I will receive a letter with the bank determination.

    After 3 ( three) weeks the letter arrived with negative answers to my loan request even when I have good credit score.

    Don't try to get loans in TD Bank. Their pre approved letters are fake and will ONLY DAMAGES your credit.
