  I came to this branch yesterday with 10 minutes before closing. There were approximately 6 or 7 people ahead of me... A lady came out from the mail office. She seems to be the manager. At first, I was afraid she was going announce the office is closing and tell us to come back tomorrow. Instead, she apologized for the warm temperature in the office because of the summer like weather. Then expeditiously, she asked what services we needed. "Domestic mail" "paid by credit", etc. I raised my hand for both. She pointed to the self-service station at the front of the office (I didn't even notice it was there) and told me she will assist me in a minute... 60 seconds later, she came by and help me with my two packages. She thank me again for coming in and using the post service. What a class act! I was in and out in 10 minutes. More importantly, an excellent service experience. Thank you.
