    I came into the store to get help with my basic phone and next thing I know Allen is telling me I can switch from Boost Mobile to Verizon for the same amount I used to pay for Boost service. They gave me great service, a new iPhone and they even sat down and helped me through step by step with patience. One of the best customer service experience I have ever had. I am impressed with Verizon and the prices and will never look back.

    I was so sick of the problems I was having with no being able to update my movie pass app that I wanted to throw my phone against the wall with all my might. As I was walking by doing grocery shopping I spotted a Verizon store and walked in on a whim.They worked a miracle by carefully explaining step by step how and why it works and I understood most of what they were talking about. Very professional.
